Do you provide the alcohol?
Like most Florida mobile bars, we are a dry hire bar and do not carry a Liquor license so we are not able to sell alcohol. We will provide you a customized shopping list so that you are able to secure the goods and we can serve your guests!

Do you create custom packages?
Sure we do! Please inquire within to let us know your exact needs and desires and we will create a package that fits your event.
How do I know how much alcohol and soft drinks to buy?
We will take the guess work out of it and provide you with a custom shopping guide based on your guest count, drink selections, etc.
What if I need to cancel?
Things happen, we understand. In the event you need to cancel, you will forfeit your non-refundable deposit and your contract will become void for the date previously booked.
What if it rains?
Luckily, Florida's showers only last momentarily. Though we can always bring our mobile bar indoors or under a covered space.
Can I decorate the bar?
We allow any decorations on or near the bar that caters to your event or theme that does not permanently alter the bar. No drilling, hanging or anything else that could damage the bar's original structure. Feel free to add any floral, candles, signs, etc. that could personalize it to you!
Will you serve my guests shots?
This is usually at the discretion of your event venue. Some will allow shots, some will allow them with an ice cube, some will not allow them at all. Make sure to check with them on this. However, we are allowed to cutoff any patron who appears intoxicated or at risk of any other guest or themselves,.

How far do you travel?
We will travel anywhere you need us! Our travel is included up to 30 miles from 33610 with any of our packages. Thereafter, a $1.50 per mile charge will incur both ways.
What is your minimum?
We have a $600 minimum spend, unless you are only using one of our bartenders- in which case, is by the hour.
How many guests can you accommodate?
No party is too big or too small. We will make sure to have enough hands on deck to ensure the best guest experience we can.
How do I book your services?
After you have submitted an inquiry form and confirmed our availability, we will send you an estimate based on your event details and package selection. Once you have accepted our proposal, we will have you sign a contract locking in your date and secure a $250 non-refundable retainer fee which will later be applied to your remaining balance.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you need to reschedule your event, we will allow your retainer fee to be transferred to a new date within 30 days, pending availability, with no repercussion. Anything with less than a 30 day notice will result in a forfeit of deposit and will need to pay a new one for a new date.
Do you have insurance?
Yes, we carry both General Liability and Liquor Liability insurance.
Can we use real glassware?
While we don't provide real glassware, we are happy to use any glassware that the client provides or if you are working with a rental company, we can serve your drinks in the glassware provided by them! We are nor responsible for collecting the glassware at the end of the night or cleaning glassware in between use.
Does my package include gratuity?
It's no secret that bartenders make their living on gratuity. This being said, we provide 2 options.
Option 1: Buyout the tip jar at 20% of your service cost
Option 2: Pay for 10% of your service costs with allowance of a tip jar.
